Opportunities for sports activities are not lacking in the area:

Walk along the GR4 and in the beautiful mountains surrounding our village. Trails start right from the gîte, offering everything from easy family loops to steeper hikes up the Cheiron mountain.

The Monts d’Azur Wildlife Reserve in Thorenc (about a 20-minute drive). A unique 700-hectare wilderness sanctuary where European bison, Przewalski’s wild horses, and deer roam freely. A wonderful family day trip offering guided safaris on foot or by horse-drawn carriage.

Ski in the nearby family oriented resort of Gréolières les Neiges (20 minutes drive). Gear rental is available on site with affordable lift passes for a stress-free day on the slopes.

Canyoning in the Loup Gorge . About 15 minutes away, this is the perfect activity to cool down in the summer, with guided tours available for various skill levels.

Paragliding (with the local schools Les Voyageurs du Ciel or Ailéments ). Takeoff spots are easily accessible from the gîte for tandem flights or training courses.

Rafting and Kayak in the Verdon Gorge . About an hour and a half away, plan a full day trip to paddle down the rapids of this spectacular natural canyon.

Rock climbing. Several well-equipped crags are nearby, particularly the famous site in Gourdon.

Horse riding. Local equestrian centers offer guided trails to explore the surrounding nature.
For an evening in town, Nice, Antibes, Juan les Pins, Cannes or even Monaco are all accessible in less than an hour.
But you can also elect to enjoy the quietness of your holiday rental and the landscape, a glass in hand, on our terrace facing the south.
